At Old Merchants, we aim to provide you with swift and secure order processing to ensure you receive your stylish clothing as quickly as possible.

Domestic

Order Processing Time:

• ​Same-Day Dispatch: For orders received before 3:00 PM on any working day, we are committed to processing and dispatching your order on the same day. This means your fashionable finds will be on their way to you promptly.
• Next-Day Processing: Orders received after 3:00 PM on a working day will be processed and dispatched the following working day.
• Weekend and Holiday Orders: Orders placed on Sunday or on a holiday will be processed on the next working day. Your order is important to us, and we'll ensure it's attended to promptly once we're back in the office.
• Phone Verification: To enhance the security and accuracy of your order, all orders will undergo phone verification. Our customer support team will reach out to you for verification purposes. Please ensure the contact information you provide during the order process is accurate and accessible to expedite this step.

Shipping Partner:

All orders are dispatched via TCS or LEOPARD and tracking number is provided to customer once the order is shipped.

Payment:

• We accept payment through Online Banking & Cash on Delivery.
• Rather than passing on the full shipping cost to our valued customers, we've opted for a more wallet-friendly approach. We charge a nominal Flat Rate of just Rs 200 for packaging and shipping.

International Shipping

Our shipping charges are excluded from all of our product’s prices. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition and on time. We ship most items to international destinations within 5-10 working days after order placement. On identification of an international order we will provide details of payment modes via email to customer.
