Return & Exchange Policy + Order Cancellation

Old Merchants Clothier wants you to feel and love what you bought. If you're not satisfied with your purchase you can exchange the product or get a gift voucher of the same amount that can be used later.

All product / item purchased online can be exchanged within 15 days with below mention conditions.

  • The product /item received has manufacturing defect or an incorrect size, at the time of delivery.
  • The product or item does not match with original specification, or the product found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.

Before sending the product you must notify us within 10 days of delivery by emailing us pictures of defected product at or calling at +92-333-0303707, in case you want to raise a dispute. At Old Merchants, we look at each dispute on a case-by-case basis and try to be fair to both parties.

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:

  • Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
  • Product is damaged because of use.
  • Product has been tampered.
  • Sale product / item cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
  • A product/item purchased from our online shop cannot be returned or exchanged from any other Old Merchants retail outlets.

We apologize but we do not refund any shipping costs. The customer is responsible for bearing the cost of sending the items back to us.

Order Cancellation

The order can be cancelled by customer any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped return and exchange policy will be applied. Old Merchants have the rights for the cancellation of order at any stage or at any time during the processing of order due to any condition that seems necessary and will not bear any damages suffered due to non-fulfillment of said order.
